Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information shoeden.store (Shoeden Tamil Nadu) handles when you browse the site, build an order or ask for a call-back.
What you give us
The order, call-back and enquiry forms ask for your name, mobile number and PIN code, plus the model, finish and quantity you chose. Nothing is sent to our servers: the site has no database and no account system.
When you press "Continue on WhatsApp", the site prepares a WhatsApp message with those details and opens WhatsApp on your device. The details reach us only if you send that message. WhatsApp then handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.
How we use it
We use the details you send on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your order, check your PIN code is in our delivery area, arrange delivery and fitting, and provide warranty and service. We do not sell your details.
Meta Pixel and cookies
This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the actions that matter to us (such as opening WhatsApp to place an order or call us), and to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. The Pixel loads from Meta and may set cookies or similar identifiers and receive your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view and those actions. We do not put your name, mobile number or PIN code into Pixel events.
Meta processes this data under its own policies. You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings or through your browser, for example by blocking third-party cookies.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and request details to deliver the pages and protect the site.
Keeping and deleting your details
Details you send us on WhatsApp stay in our WhatsApp conversations and order records for as long as we need them to serve and support your order and warranty. To ask us to correct or delete your details, message or call +91 70257 00063 (call or WhatsApp).
Children
The site is meant for adults buying for their homes. We do not knowingly collect details from children.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions: +91 70257 00063 (call or WhatsApp).
