Orders

This website is a catalogue and order builder. It does not take payment. An order is placed only when you send the prepared message on WhatsApp (or call us) and our team confirms it with you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the delivery address is outside our service area.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and are the prices for the model and finish shown at the time of ordering. Delivery and wall fitting are included in the listed price within our service area.

No advance payment is taken. You pay the technician in cash on delivery, after the rack has been fitted on your wall, unless we confirm another method with you on WhatsApp.

Delivery and fitting

We deliver and fit across Tamil Nadu (see the home page for the area we serve). Our team will contact you to agree a delivery and fitting time. Fitting needs a wall suitable for anchoring a steel rack; the technician will tell you if your wall is not suitable.

Warranty and service

The powder-coated finish carries a 10-year rustproof warranty. For warranty terms, a service visit or a problem with your rack, message or call us on the number below and tell us the model and the date of fitting.

Product information

Photos and colours on screen can look different from the finished product. Dimensions and specifications on the site are as published at the time; contact us if you need a measurement confirmed before you order.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise that it is free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
